1. How do I register for Aesthetic Next 8.0?

Register online at AestheticNext.com. Once registered, you can log into the Attendee Service Center to update your information, add workshops, or upgrade your pass anytime.

Your GA ticket gives you access to the full Aesthetic Next experience, including:

Yes. All live attendees receive six months of virtual access to general session recordings.

Included:

  • Only the General Session Tracks are live-streamed during the conference.
  • Workshops are not live-streamed—they are recorded and uploaded to the virtual venue within 15 business days after AN 8.0.

Aesthetic Next offers up to 113 AMA Category 1 CME Credits. Each attendee must register under their own name and unique email address to receive credit. After the conference, you’ll receive a secure email link to your CME portal.

No. NEXTIES tickets must be purchased separately. Only ticket holders will be admitted, including for meals and drinks.

Business casual is recommended, though scrubs are welcome. Expect plenty of photo ops, press coverage, and social moments—so dress for comfort and confidence.

Yes! Aesthetic Next offers discounted Team Rates for groups attending together.

Group pricing is automatically applied based on the number of General Conference Passes purchased in a single transaction. The more attendees you register, the more you save per person.

Team Rate Savings:

  • 2 attendees: Save $30 per person
  • 3 attendees: Save $45 per person
  • 4 attendees: Save $75 per person
  • 5 attendees: Save $90 per person
  • 6 attendees: Save $110 per person
  • 7 attendees: Save $125 per person
  • 8 attendees: Save $140 per person
  • 9 attendees: Save $155 per person
  • 10+ attendees: Save $175 per person

Travel & Hotel

1. Where is Aesthetic Next 8.0 being held?

The conference will take place at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel, located in downtown Dallas.

Dallas has two major airports conveniently located near the venue:

Dallas Love Field (DAL):

  • About 7–8 miles away, typically a 15–20 minute drive depending on traffic

DFW International Airport (DFW):

  • About 20–22 miles away, typically a 25–35 minute drive depending on traffic

Both airports offer easy access via rideshare, taxi, or rental car

Yes. Aesthetic Next attendees receive a special discounted group rate at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel. The room block closes 2–3 weeks before the conference or when it sells out—so book early.

A reservation link is available in your registration confirmation email and on the Aesthetic Next website. Use that link to secure the discounted rate.

Yes. The Sheraton Dallas Hotel offers self-parking and valet options onsite. Parking rates are set by the hotel and may vary daily. Aesthetic Next does not validate parking.

Payments, Cancellations & Transfers

1. What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All payments must be completed at the time of registration to secure your ticket and workshop selections.

Cancellations must be submitted through by emailing [email protected]. Refund eligibility depends on when the ticket is cancelled:

  • 75% refund if requested prior to May 1, 2025
  • 50% refund if requested after May 1, 2025, but before July 1, 2025
  • 30% refund if requested after July 1, 2025, but before August 1, 2025
  • All refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee.
  • All ticket transfers are subject to a $75 processing fee.

After the refund deadline, registrations are non-refundable but may be eligible for transfer to another attendee.

Yes. Registrations and tickets can be transferred to another attendee by logging into the Attendee Service Center. The new attendee must provide their full name, email, and credentials (if applicable) for CME tracking. Transfers must be completed before the event starts.

If you are unable to attend AN 8.0, you may roll your registration credit to the following year, subject to approval and availability. Contact [email protected] for assistance.

Yes, you can add-on workshops in the Attendee Portal.

Yes. After completing a registration, workshop purchase, or transfer, you will receive an email confirmation with updated details. Please ensure your email address is correct in your profile to receive all confirmations.

  • Engaging in medical procedures at events is at your own risk.

  • A Hold Harmless Agreement is required for all injectable procedures inside the Exhibit Hall (i.e. Booth, Exhibit Hall Stage, Treatment Lounge, etc.). Please see the Exhibitor Checklist to download a copy of this document.
