As Aesthetic Next continues to grow as one of the most influential events in the aesthetics industry, it has also become a target for unauthorized solicitations. We want to ensure your experience is seamless, secure, and free from fraudulent activity.
Attendee List Scams
Please be aware that Aesthetic Next does not rent, share, or sell attendee contact lists under any circumstances. If you receive an unsolicited email offering to sell access to our attendee database, this is a scam. These emails may misuse our event name, logo, or even reference our team members to appear legitimate but they have no connection to Aesthetic Next.
We understand how disruptive these messages can be and we receive them as well. If you are ever unsure about the legitimacy of a communication, please contact your Aesthetic Next account representative before taking any action.
Hotel and Travel Solicitations
The Hilton Anatole is the only hotel that provides a room block for Aesthetic Next. They will not contact you to book your room. Several unauthorized travel agencies have aggressively contacted past attendees with false claims about room availability, exclusive rates, or limited-time offers. These offers often come with:
- Hidden service fees
- Misleading information about hotel blocks
- Non-refundable deposits
- Rates that do not exist
To ensure you receive the officially negotiated rates and reliable service, please book your accommodations through our room block or the hotel directly.
Contractor, Lead Retrieval, and Sponsorship Scams
We have received reports of scammers posing as official event contractors or staff, sometimes issuing threats regarding booth cancellations or urgent payments. These communications are fraudulent.
All sponsorship and advertising opportunities should only be coordinated through your official Aesthetic Next representative. If a communication seems suspicious, please reach out to us immediately for verification.
