By purchasing or holding a ticket for Aesthetic Next 8.0, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept them, please do not purchase tickets or attempt to enter the venue.
Your ticket is a revocable license to attend Aesthetic Next 8.0 at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel from September 10-13, 2026. Aesthetic Record reserves the right to revoke admission or ticket privileges at its sole discretion, without prior notice or compensation.
Ticket holders assume full responsibility for their tickets once issued. Aesthetic Record is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, or otherwise unusable tickets.
Only tickets purchased through AestheticNext.com are authorized and valid. Tickets obtained through unauthorized sources may be counterfeit or invalid and may be denied entry without refund.
Tickets may not be resold, copied, reproduced, transferred for commercial gain, misrepresented, or used in advertising, promotions, sweepstakes, or contests without prior written consent from Aesthetic Record. Violation of these terms may result in ticket cancellation without refund.
Tickets are not redeemable for cash, credits, or other benefits.
All sales are subject to a 3% convenience fee. Convenience fees, shipping fees, and other transaction-related charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
The event shall be considered fully delivered once Aesthetic Next 8.0 begins. No refunds or credits will be issued for inability to access portions of the venue or event due to delays, venue restrictions, weather, emergencies, evacuations, government regulations, or other circumstances beyond the control of Aesthetic Record.
Aesthetic Next 8.0 is a “rain or shine” event.
All vendor sponsorships, exhibitor booths, and related vendor purchases are subject to the terms of the executed agreement and are considered non-refundable except as outlined below.
If Aesthetic Next 8.0 is canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or transitioned to a virtual format due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, labor disputes, venue issues, or other events beyond the control of Aesthetic Record, Aesthetic Record reserves the right to:
All decisions regarding cancellation, postponement, virtual conversion, refunds, and credits are final.
Refund requests related to a cancellation or reschedule must be submitted within 30 days of the official announcement. After 30 days, ticket holders may receive voucher credit equal only to the face value of the ticket. Processing fees, convenience fees, shipping fees, and other related charges are non-refundable.
All ticket sales are considered final except as outlined below.
For tickets purchased before August 1, 2026:
All approved refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee.
Ticket transfers are permitted and subject to a $75 transfer fee.
Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser and original payment method.
Any losses resulting from foreign exchange fluctuations are the responsibility of the purchaser.
All attendees must be 21 years of age or older at the time of ticket purchase and attendance.
Aesthetic Record reserves the right to investigate violations of these Terms & Conditions. In all disputes related to ticketing, refunds, event access, or attendee conduct, the decision of Aesthetic Record shall be final and binding.
Aesthetic Record reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted at AestheticNext.com and shall apply to all ticket purchases, including those previously completed.
